The Educational Foundation for Dolphin Linguistics - Articles of Constitution

1. EFDL’s main theme is to contribute towards the interspecies communications for language understandings of the Belugas, dolphins and the whales in view of the multiple forms of assistance; that may find their source from land topology stranding preventions. 7. EFDL is a facilitator for worldwide marine sanctuaries who wish to develop Cetacea rehabilitation centres for the development of renewable and environmental friendly energies. From wind power to solar and photovoltaic energy, all inclusive to biomass installations.

8. All authorities for Cetacea transports, including emergencies are to be developed within every contract between all applicants and EFDL. These are inclusive to that of sanitary and quarantine legislations in partnership with the following contractors: Marine, land, helicopter and cargo freight transports; county councils with the relevant ministries’ accreditations, in relation with each country implied with their relevant legislations.

9. EFDL wishes to obtain a twenty four hour access with the relevant ministries and transporters accreditations in favour of all members of EFDL requirements for professional Cetacea preservation teams.

10. Rehabilitation is the procreation to purest self~independance, more so from mans’ civilization. Therefore dolphins and whales who are within such a process, are zero compatible to that of any form of external visits. Thus allowing all openings in favour of whale and dolphin candidates for maximum rehabilitation success.

11. The rehabilitation centres and the relevant marine sanctuaries known as ‘Lagoons’ remain exclusively open to their own assistance and pod conservation team members only.

17. Dolphin and whale rehabilitation issues are zero compatible with adoptive formulas. Sponsorships are welcome from schools and companies for members of the Cetacea conservation team. Thus uplifting professional experiences to that of sharing ethics. Web site programmes are to credit all team members, including caregivers, coast guards and helicopter pilots. Therefore, their presence should be made available for all private and public institutions, who wish to have direct interviews. Thus with team members of their choice. All members of the team must have signed contracts for ethical confidentiality, regarding articles of behavior with professional diplomacy.

18. All organizations shall require a complete development of a yearly schedule and this with all members of the team. This is inclusive to EFDL ethics and codes of conduct. 19. Private and public educational structures have the possibility to contribute towards funding candidates. This is a package price available to a limited time of 111 days (4 months). 20. Full time Cetacea are the only ones open to receiving fund contracts. These are available as exclusive package formats, see Art.19.

21. EFDL commitments with rehabilitation, and to that of marine mammal sanctuaries are obligated to giving names to their Cetacea clients. As these principals strongly go against all forms of independence from a man made society.

22. A chart of all lagoon and island access is to be developed and completed in partnership with coastguards, oceanographic institutes and marine sanctuaries.

23. EFDL main goals are also to develop floating clinic facilities in favour of the Cetacea Nation Alliance & Conservation Offering marine mammal medical assistance aboard, all inclusive to the study of land topology movement openings, as to prevent Cetacea strandings.
